The firm commitment from a particular floor or room number is 
not possible!

All prices are per person, plus prevailing local tax € 1.50 per person 
per day, including buffet breakfast and sauna every day. 

Room Amenities 
All rooms are equipped with shower or bath /  toilet, telephone, Radio, hairdryer, safe, flat TV, wireless internet access. 
The rooms of the category Zimba all have a balcony. 
The use of the sun terrace is available for all our guests. 
Sunbeds available.

Non-smoking rooms 
All our rooms are non smoking 

Ski room 
For all guests  there is a ski room with speciel boot warmer available

Sauna
For daily use of sauna, we provide for free bathrobes and slippers  

Dogs 
Sorry, no pets allowed 

Parking 
to park the car safely and free of snow there is the possability 
to Reserve a space in the garage. 
This cost per day € 8,–.

Short stay 
for a stay of less than 3 days will be a surcharge

Reduction for children in parents bedroom
* Until 3 Age 100% 
*   4-10 years € 23,– 
* 11-14 years € 30,–

Minimum occupancy 
Double room > 2 people (20% discount for the 3rd bed) 
Single supplement in double room per day € 35,–

Supplement for shortbookings under 3 days: € 3,– per person per day 

Arrival 
Please plan to check in from 2pm is obtainable. 
The reserved rooms will be kept until 6pm in case no later arrival time will be announced. 

Departure
We ask you to check out until not later than 11 am. Otherwise we have to charge another day. 

Reservations 
To make a reservation we require a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation Conditions 
60-30 days before arrival - 30% cancellation fee (deposit) 
30-0 days before arrival - 80% of the total price cancellation fee 
In late arrival or early departure of the entire booked stay in accounting will be provided. We conclude they recommend a trip cancellation insurance.
